Terms & Conditions — Wealthora

By creating an account on our Service or submitting your contact information, you agree to receive communications from us, including newsletters, marketing, promotional materials and other information. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting team wealthora. Transactional or service messages (such as order confirmations or policy updates) may still be sent even after you opt out of marketing.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be required to provide payment and billing details (for example: credit card number, expiration date, billing address). By placing an order you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that all information you supply is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service availability, errors in price or description, suspected fraud, or problems processing payment.

We continually update product and service offerings on the Service, but we may experience delays or inaccuracies. The Service may allow you to post, upload, submit, store, send or receive content (text, images, videos, links, or other materials) — collectively, "Content." You are solely responsible for the Content you provide and must ensure you have the necessary rights to post it.

By posting Content you represent and warrant that:

• You own the Content or have permission to use it; and
• Your Content does not violate any person's rights (privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contractual rights) or any applicable laws.

Wealthora has the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, remove, edit, or refuse any Content that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe Content on the Service infringes your copyright, please notify team wealthora at support@wealthora.in with the subject line "Copyright Infringement" and include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• A description of the material you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Service (provide URLs if possible);
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; and
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Misrepresentations or bad-faith claims may expose the claimant to liability for damages.

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that:

• Is pornographic, obscene, or abuses minors;
• Promotes hatred, discrimination, violence, or terrorism;
• Promotes illegal activities or the sale/use of illegal products or controlled substances;
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes another party's rights; or
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

The Service may include links to third-party websites, products or services that are not owned or controlled by Wealthora. Wealthora has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites. You acknowledge and agree that Wealthora is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of any such third-party content, goods or services. We recommend that you read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnities and limitations of liability) will survive.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wealthora, team wealthora, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to (a) your use of the Service; (b) your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealthora and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability; therefore some of the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Wealthora may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new Terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined in our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you should stop using the Service.
